21 Chibok school girls were welcomed home
It is a period of renewed hope for Nigerians especially the “BRINGBACKOURGIRLS” Campaign group as Boko Haram freed 21 Chibok school girls.
Boko Haram insurgents released 21 school girls on Thursday out of over 200 that were abducted for 2 1/2 years. The release came after series of negotiations.
Vice president, Prof Yemi Osinbajo received the girls at the Aso Rock Villa and promise that the Federal Government will take care of the education and jobs. This statement was made known by Mr Olaolu, Spokesperson to the Vice president.
He added further that the girls accommodation have also been taken care of as their parents are allowed to visit them because they need to be sure that they are medically fit before they are released to their parents.
